Soen Ren Hatha Yoga

Students are encouraged to come into postures with ease and freedom in the body, alongside meditation and deep relaxation practice.

 

As the postures are practiced regularly the muscles and tissues lengthen and soften, developing good posture and alignment along with strength and flexibility. Meditation and deep relaxation are part of Soen Ren Yoga.
