I love the meditative aspect of my class with Rachael as it promotes a calmness that I have come to crave. I know that my stress levels and any anxiety and worries will be taken care of, and I look forward to 'top up' that emotional anchor every week...Qi Gong has also improved my balance and Co-ordination!

I love starting my week with Rachael's class. Her slow, focused yoga has really helped turn Monday mornings into a time when I actually feel energised and ready for the week ahead. She has a way of making you feel welcome and I love that I dont even need to get out of my pyjamas for class. Where I live is very remote and the nearest yoga class is miles away so I love being able to join the online class from the comfort of my own home. Would 100% recommend!
