I love starting my week with Rachael's class. Her slow, focused yoga has really helped turn Monday mornings into a time when I actually feel energised and ready for the week ahead. She has a way of making you feel welcome and I love that I dont even need to get out of my pyjamas for class. Where I live is very remote and the nearest yoga class is miles away so I love being able to join the online class from the comfort of my own home. Would 100% recommend!

It's an added advantage that I can take Rachael with me when I travel so never have to give up my twice weekly classes.
