Coronavirus Update
Classes are currently being held online until in-person training can resume. These are run through skype in small groups and camera and mic participation is optional. The weekly schedule is as follows
Yoga
Mondays 8.15am
Wednesdays 8.15am
Taiji & Qi Gong
Mondays 6.30pm
Fridays 8.30am
Each session is 40-50 minutes depending on numbers and is £7-8 depending on what you wish to/can pay. Thirty minute one-to-one sessions are also possible.
